2020 Sepang Test Day 3

“Sono stati tre giorni molto impegnativi. Oggi abbiamo lavorato su diverse soluzioni di setup e, nonostante ci siano ancora diversi aspetti che dobbiamo migliorare, sono comunque soddisfatto perché siamo riusciti ad avere un buon passo e a compiere un altro passo in avanti. Mi sono confrontato molto con Andrea e abbiamo individuato degli aspetti che ci saranno sicuramente utili in gara. Dobbiamo ancora comprendere come sfruttare bene le nuove gomme, ma abbiamo ancora il test in Qatar per portare a termine il nostro lavoro”.

“It has been a busy three-day test. Today we worked on different setup solutions, and even if we still have a few aspects that we still need to improve, I am satisfied because we were able to find a good race pace and make another step forward. I discussed a lot with Andrea, and together we identified a few aspects that for sure will be helpful during the races. We still need to understand how to use well the new tyres, but we still have the Qatar Test to complete our work”.

“Han sido tres días de mucho trabajo. Hoy hemos trabajado en varias soluciones de setup y aunque todavía hay diferentes aspectos donde tenemos que mejorar, estoy satisfecho porque hemos tenido un buen ritmo y hemos dado un paso adelante. Hice algunas comparaciones con Andrea y hemos identificado algunas cosas que seguramente serán útiles en carrera. Tenemos que entender todavía como aprovechar las gomas nuevas pero aún tenemos el test de Qatar para completar el trabajo”.
