“Sono contento della giornata di oggi perché siamo riusciti a raggiungere i nostri principali obiettivi. Sicuramente quello più importante era riuscire ad essere veloci nelle FP3 ed accedere direttamente alla Q2. Sono anche abbastanza soddisfatto del risultato della mia qualifica, ma domani sarà importante adottare una valida strategia di gara: la mancanza di grip rende le condizioni della pista piuttosto difficili e bisognerà limitare l’usura delle gomme. Cercherò di restare il più possibile vicino ai primi fin dall’inizio per lottare per le prime posizioni”.
“I am delighted with today because we have managed to achieve our main goals. Surely, the most important thing was trying to be fast in FP3 to access directly into Q2. I am also quite satisfied with the result of the qualification, but tomorrow it will be important to adopt a solid race strategy: the lack of grip makes the track conditions quite difficult, and we will also have to manage well the tyre to reduce their consumption. I will try to stay as close as possible to the front from the beginning to fight for the top positions.”
“Estoy contento de la jornada de hoy porque hemos sido capaces de conseguir los objetivos. Lo más importante era ser rápidos en el FP3 y pasar directamente al Q2. Estoy también bastante satisfecho del resultado del clasificatorio porque doy por buena la octava posición para la salida. Mañana será importante hacer una estrategia correcta en carrera: la falta de grip hace que las condiciones sean complicadas, así que tendremos que gestionar los neumáticos. Intentaré estar lo más cerca posible de los primeros desde el inicio para luchar por las primeras posiciones”.
